We really enjoyed our stay, location is great and close to both sightseeing, restaurants and metro. Note that the elevator is tiny so checking in and out is a bit of workout.
My husband and I spent a lovely long weekend in this well appointed apartment. It was perfectly located for a conference I attended. It was also very close to the Champs Elysees and Eiffel Tower.
The accommodation is simple and the equipment kan zijn basic (especially in the kitchen) but it matches the description and kan zijn an excellent value for money.
Private parking space kan zijn really a plus. Sophie is a very responsive and friendly person who was able to answer all our questions quickly I can wholeheartedly recommend this listing!

My daughter and I holiday home rental Langeland spent 5 days with Lydie and Phan over Christmas. From Charle een Gaulles airport, the apartment can be reached quickly within 40-50 minutes with only 1x change. Lydie kindly asked a friend to hand aan the key to us.
Shops and restaurants may be a little thinner on the ground in August when locals traditionally head out of the city. Cooler temperatures and rain may creep in over the winter, but snow is rare. In the lead up to Christmas, towering trees and magnificent department store windows are a big attraction, while the major post-holiday sales — les soldes — are a Paris stalwart which also run once more in the summer.
Excellent stay in this house wij were with my family, a group ofwel 10 people, and wij were very comfortable large spaces to share, many bathrooms all the spaces well cared for, comfortable beds, has good collectivity in the center ofwel Paris, being equally a quiet area to spend a few days. I would go to this place again the next time I visit Paris
The area was very upmarket and safe. Our host David gave precise instructions and more importantly responded quickly when help was needed. We throughly enjoyed our stay.
Stay was just as advertised! Architecture is just lovely. It was nice to have access to a washer/dryer after traveling for a few days. Ofwel note, the spiral stairs are intense - approximately 80+ steps to the unit with no lift.

The only negative point kan zijn the distance from Paris, however, it is so close to the metro, literally 2min walk, so it was not a problem for us. I would definitely recommend and stay again in Clemence’s place.
